1. Order Cancellation
a. Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the item has not already been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at info@gemstro.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
b. After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
For personalized, energized, or astrology-based gemstone jewelry, cancellations are not accepted after processing begins.
2. Non-Cancellable Products
The following are non-cancellable and non-refundable:
Custom-designed or personalized jewelry based on birth details.
Energized gemstones or jewelry prepared as per astrological rituals.
Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Refunds
a. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email info@gemstro.com within 3 days of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue
Upon approval, you may receive:
A replacement product (if in stock), or
A refund to your original payment method.
b. Refund Timeline
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
4. Return Conditions
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories and documentation.
- Any product showing signs of wear or modification will not be accepted for return.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved, you will be responsible for securely packing the item.
- For damaged or incorrect items, Gemstro may cover return shipping costs or arrange pickup via our logistics partner.
6. No Refund Policy for Belief-Based Dissatisfaction
As our gemstone recommendations are based on astrological insights and individual belief systems, we do not offer refunds if you feel the product did not bring the expected results. The effects of gemstones may vary based on individual karma, energy, and spiritual factors.
